John Villines has dedicated his adult life to security management and crime prevention, helping individuals, government agencies and commercial property owners reduce their vulnerability to crime by applying a vast body of knowledge he has acquired over the past several decades. Having started his career over thirty years ago as a patrol officer, he has built a national reputation as a crime prevention expert, bringing to the table a unique blend of academic and practical experience.
Gary Mugridge has extensive experience in major crime investigations, including death penalty and other criminal defense cases. With over twenty years in federal law enforcement, Gary has advanced training and expertise in: internal investigations; security of firearms and explosives; private and corporate security; diplomatic protection; interviews and interrogations; courtroom testimony at local, state and federal levels; evidence collection, preservation and presentation. Gary has provided expert testimony in cases related to crime scenes, investigations, and police procedures.
Having first stared working with his father at the age of fifteen, Joshua went on to work in every aspect of the company as a security supervisor, a lead investigator, an instructor, a threat assessment professional, and a statistical analyst. He currently heads an agency that focuses on training law enforcement officers and other professionals in interviews and interrogation, investigative techniques, firearms, crime prevention, counter terrorism, threat assessment, and crime analysis. Joshua currently sits on the Professional Certification Board for ASIS International, and holds all three of their board certifications. Alongside his work with the Human Intelligence Group, Joshua works very closely with John on expert testimony cases regarding premises liability, investigative procedures, and foreseeability of crime.
